It was another great week. Curtis Graham is going to get baptized on Saturday. I prayed and pondered about him getting baptized. So did Elder Birrell. We feel good about him getting baptized. The Bishopric is supportive of him getting baptized. He could be an instrument in God's hands. He's very smart and has a great desire to be baptized. Rueben is going to get baptized on September 26th. He's the 15 year-old that I knew while I was serving in the Chapel Hill 2nd ward. We're so excited for him. He's even going to seminary in the mornings.
Iantha is still searching for her answer. She said that her prayers are getting "warmer" and that she's closer to baptism. Aaliyah, the 10 year-old was out of town this Sunday. She still on track to getting baptized on October 3rd if she's still up for it and continues to get support from her mom who is not a member.
We have a good week planned. These next few months are going to be special. We're teaching a lot of people. I hope that the few people that I've mentioned in my email get baptized. I have a great love for them and I want them to have the blessings of the Church in their lives. Our gospel changes lives. This is the Church of Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost has testified that this is the Lord's work.
Love, Elder Olaya
