Happy Birthday to me. I turned 17 months today. We had a great zone conference on Friday about the converting power of the Book of Mormon. Its our powerful tool in helping people draw nearer to God. Preach My Gospel has a great chapter on the use and power of the Book of Mormon. If its true that means that Joseph Smith was called to be a prophet, the priesthood and the Church of Jesus Christ was restored, and there are living prophets on the earth today. The Book of Mormon is the reason why I joined the Church. My continual reading of it eversince was the reason why I went on my mission. It's a true Book!
We had a tough week with a lot of our investigators not keeping their commitments or appointments. I really feel that we're going to have a lot of success soon and that for now we're being tested in a trial of our faith and dedication. We know the formula to find, teach, and baptize. I'm confident that we'll find many of the elect soon.
This is the Lord's work. I always pray before I send an email to Mike to be guided in what I should say. I hope you all know of my love for you.
